Note: Please click and review the above list to ensure your information is included. If for some reason your name is not included and you believe it should, please send email to email@example.com. Please also note that there is "Y" next to your name on the list. If not, you must register by completing the ICCV Voter Registration Form and provide us with the information required in the form. Without completing the registration form, you will NOT be able to participate in the election even if your name appears on the member list. The voting member list is getting updated periodically as registrations forms are received. If you have already registered previously but do not see"Y" next to your name in the registered column, please check back in couple days and if you still don't see it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Members can cast their votes from the safety and security of their homes and will only require access to a computer, tablet or a smart phone connected to the internet. Each voting member will need a unique voting code to cast his/her vote. The voting codes will be emailed one (1) week before the election date.
To maintain the integrity of the election process, voting codes will be emailed after confirming the individual’s voting membership eligibility based on residency. Also, a unique voting code will only be emailed directly to each voting member individually and not to any other members of the family. There will be no exception to this rule. You can only use the voting code once, so it is very important to keep the code in a secure location and not share it with anyone.

· 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST: A Zoom session forum, moderated by a member of the EC, to provide an opportunity to all the candidates to address the ICCV community about their plan and vision for the ICCV and participate in Q&A with the community members. The EC moderator will ask all the candidates to address some common topics/questions considered relevant for becoming a board member. All candidates will be given a specified time-limit to introduce themselves and an opportunity to address the moderator's and community members questions.
· 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM PST: The link to the voting site will be made available at the end of the Zoom session and through the ICCV website and will work only from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Oct 4th 2020. The elected board members must pass background checks and must complete state-mandated Harassment Prevention training prior to being confirmed as the ICCV BoD.
Jazakallah Khairan for all your participation in this democratic process of electing our leaders who will serve the community for the next two years.
