Social Hall has a maximum capacity of 150 people. This hall serves as additional prayer area for Men and Women on Jumaah or during Ramadan. On other days, the hall is used by ICCV for hosting public functions, classes, youth group meetings, and other activities or rented out to for private events.
Social Hall can be rented with donation of $300 plus $100 cleaning fee (non-refundable). The following are included in the social hall rental:
- Tables & Chairs
- Kitchenette with oven and refrigerator

As we welcome each and every member of our community to benefit from the social hall we are able to provide here at ICCV; we humbly request every person/organization to follow procedure in using the social hall . This applies equally to everybody.
- Application should be submitted at least one week in advance of the event.
- Use of social hall will be approved on first come first serve basis subject to availability, based on pre-determined set of criteria
- The ICCV Board reserves the right to deny or cancel the approved use of the facility at any time. In the event of a denial, the Board will attempt to work with the individual or organization in rectifying the causes for denial.
- Applicant will be responsible for any damage to ICCV's property, equipment and appliances.
- Applicants are responsible for cleaning the Social Hall after the event.
- Fund Raising is strictly prohibited unless there is written approval by the ICCV Board.
- The approved document must be produced upon request.
Guidelines for Social Hall Rental
- Decoration: To decorate the hall(s) for your event, you must have prior approval of the ICCV administrators. You must also take full responsibility for properly removing all decorations after the event. Scotch tape is not allowed on the walls of either hall. Flowers and all décor should be removed the same day of the event.
- Food and Drink: Pork and alcohol are prohibited in the building. Barbecuing is only permitted on the open patio area, outside the social hall. The kitchen facility is only to be used for heating of food. Food, beverage, etc. must be removed the same day of the event (leftovers should NOT be left behind, no exceptions).
- Dress: Men and women are encouraged to dress modestly.
